NATURAL INGREDIENTS
The choice of raw materials used to produce our cheeses proves just how important quality is to Soster. They only used natural ingredients: first-rate milk from alpine pastures, salt, rennet, milk enzymes and absolutely no preservatives.

Soster operates in a processing plant conceived and constructed with hygiene and the most advanced quality standards at the forefront.
Every Soster product is traceable; therefore every consignment of good delivered to customs is identified by a code.

– Traditional cheeses, including products of protected origin (DOP) such as Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Asiago etc.
– Dairy products as mozzarella, mascarpone, fresh ricotta

Organic milk without additives.
A ultrapasteurization or ultra-high temperature treatment (UHT), heats the milk to a higher temperature for a shorter amount of time. This extends its shelf life and allows the milk to be stored unrefrigerated because of the longer sterilization effect.

This milk is homogenized, a treatment that prevents a cream layer from separating out of the milk. The milk is pumped at high pressure through very narrow tubes, breaking up the fat globules through turbulence and cavitation.

The shelf life is 270 days
