It exclusives uses top-quality ingredients with a unique flavor, which is carefully selected and enriched by extra virgin olive oil.
The vegetables are all harvested only when fully ripened, so as to ensure the finished product offers the best organoleptic characteristics, e.g. in terms of sweetness, color and flavor. The vegetables are processed only few hours after being picked. For the production process only extra virgin olive oil is used.
